Booking & Appointments
All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, by WhatApp, or in person.
We recommend arriving 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time to ensure a full session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the session fee.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their session shortened.
Refunds
Payments for services are non-refundable once the session has begun.
Packages and gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual with prior notice.
Client Health & Safety
Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to the session.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a client is intoxicated, unwell, or presents a risk to themselves or the therapist.
Privacy Policy
All client information is kept confidential and is used solely for booking, treatment, and communication purposes.
We do not share your personal information with third parties.
Code of Conduct
Respectful behavior is expected at all times.
Please silence mobile phones during sessions to maintain a relaxing environment for all.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
